You’re ready for a more personalised approach to your health
Because when your symptoms don’t quite add up — and everything looks “normal” — it’s often a sign that something deeper is being missed.
My Approach Begins With Better Questions
My path into naturopathy didn’t begin with a single answer — but with a growing frustration that the answers I was seeing weren’t going deep enough.
Over time, I became increasingly aware that many approaches to health focused on managing symptoms… without fully understanding why they were happening in the first place.
That curiosity led me to explore a more investigative, systems-based way of working — one that considers how genetics, environment, and physiology interact.
How I Think About Health
I don’t see symptoms as isolated problems to fix.
I see them as signals — often reflecting how different systems in the body are interacting.
In many cases, there isn’t a single cause but a combination of factors such as:
— Genetic predispositions
— Gut and metabolic function
— Hormonal shifts
— Stress history and nervous system patterns
Understanding these interactions allows us to move beyond trial-and-error and towards a more precise, personalised plan.
A More Personalised Way of Working
No two people present in exactly the same way — even if their symptoms look similar on the surface.
This is why I take the time to build a clear picture of your health before making recommendations.
Where appropriate, this may include functional testing and nutrigenetic insights — alongside structured frameworks such as the Gut Ecology & Metabolic Modulation (G.E.M.M.) approach.
Rather than trying to change everything at once, we focus on a small number of meaningful priorities designed to support real, sustainable improvements.
How This Feels in Practice
You won’t be given a long list of things to do all at once.
Instead, we work step by step — focusing on what will make the most meaningful difference first.
Your plan is tailored to you, refined over time, and adjusted as your body responds.
So you’re not left second-guessing, trying everything, or wondering what to do next.
The Way I Work With Clients
I value taking the time to truly understand each person I work with.
This isn’t a high-volume, quick-turnaround approach.
It’s a thoughtful, structured process — where your care is personalised, supported, and adapted as needed.
You’ll always understand why something is recommended and how it fits into your overall health picture.
Who I Work With
I work primarily with women in midlife who feel like their body has changed — and aren’t getting clear answers.
Often, they’ve already tried multiple approaches but are still dealing with ongoing fatigue, hormonal changes, digestive issues, or weight resistance.
They’re not looking for quick fixes — but for a clearer understanding of what’s really going on, and what to do next.
